Terms and Conditions

Products are sold freely in Riga's warehouse in Latvia. The customer is responsible for picking up or repatriating the products and for all the expenses involved.

If a customer wishes to deliver drinks to his/her own country, he may pick up the products from Riga or arrange for them to be transported by authorizing an external logistics company to pick up the products or making a contract with the freight company. The customer acts as the importer of the products himself and is in contractual relations with freight company or another authorized logistics company. The customer always makes a separate sales contract with an independent logistics company. The seller is only liable for the products he sells in Latvia. The ownership of the products always changes on Latvian soil when the products are delivered to the customer or to a logistics company or its agent authorized by the customer.

Shipping Rates:
Before payment, the customer can check the indicative delivery prices of the products they choose at the checkout.

Prices of products:
Prices of all products include Latvian alcoholic beverage tax and packaging tax. No deposit is charged because of Latvia's lack of a recycling system. The ownership of the products always changes on Latvian soil.

Delivery time:

The order processing time is 1-3 business days. Delivery times for freight companies are typically 3-6 business days from the moment the order is processed, packaged and the products handed over to the customer's freight company or the customer's authorized logistics company.. These are indicative estimates of delivery times for which the seller can not be held liable because the seller does not transport the products or arranges for the goods to be transported.

Own Pickup: BalticAlko has its own pickup shop in the center of Riga. The cash order can be made via e-commerce in advance and the products can be picked up from the warehouse. When picking up products, the customer´s identity and age are checked. Products are never handed over to a minor or to logistics companies that have not commited to check the age of the customer at the time of handing over the products.

Methods of payment and currencies: All online payments in euros.

Return Policy

If a product has been lost or damaged in transportation, or does not match your order, notify us within 14 days by writing to the address indicated in the Right of cancellation and return policy section or by calling the number indicated in the contact information. If the package has been clearly damaged during transportation, file a complaint immediately to the logistics company whose shipping method you selected.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement in an unambiguous way (for example, by mail or by email). You can also use our printable return form, but its use is not mandatory.

You must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after informing us about your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

In the event of a problem
